Leadership can be described in many different ways. The definition of leadership is the “ability to lead (dictionary.com).” In order to be a leader, it is important that you are able to lead others. Leadership can be classified as a trait, skill and even a behavior. I would like to learn about how effective leadership can help with conquering goals and objectives.

- I attend the University of Memphis and will be graduating on May 8th with a Bachelor degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. I am currently a dental assistant and enjoy my job. I am praying for God to lead me in the direction and path that he has for me and I know it will be a great one!
